RSTEEL – FÁBRICA DE TUBOS METÁLICOS SA is a new company of an industrial nature, devoted to manufacturing longitudinally welded steel tubes. The new production facility, wholly owned by RUI SANTOS SA, constitutes a means of executing an internationalization strategy, focused on the manufacture of metal tubes and also on processing and marketing high-quality steel products.
